  • How long does delivery take? For UK orders, delivery takes 2-3 business days. For international orders, delivery time varies by country (5-10 business days). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, which you can use to track your package.
  • What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You can request a return via email, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label for UK orders. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Do you offer exchanges? Yes, we offer exchanges for a different size or style (subject to availability). To request an exchange, contact our team within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process.
  • How do I care for my garments? Care instructions are included with each item and listed on the product page. Most of our pieces are made with premium fabrics—we recommend gentle machine washing or dry cleaning (as indicated) to preserve quality and longevity.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order? You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed. Please contact our team immediately if you need to make adjustments.
